Welcome to elitjp. These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and elitjp ("Company", "Platform", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online casino and sports betting platform accessible at https://elitjp.cam and all associated subdomains and digital properties.

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the elitjp platform — including placing wagers, depositing funds, redeeming promotions, or engaging with customer support — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the platform.

• "Account" — the registered user account created by a Player on the elitjp platform.
• "Balance" — the total deposited funds and credited bonus amounts held in a Player's Account, denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR/RM) unless otherwise stated.
• "Bonus" — any promotional credit, free bet, cashback, or reward granted by elitjp to a Player, subject to wagering requirements and bonus-specific terms.
• "Deposit" — funds transferred by a Player into their Account using a supported Malaysian payment method, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, Hong Leong Bank, or supported cryptocurrency (BTC/USDT).
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer verification process requiring documentary proof of identity and payment method prior to authorised withdrawal.
• "Platform" — the elitjp website, mobile-optimised interface, and all gaming and betting services hosted at https://elitjp.cam.
• "Wagering Requirement" — the number of times a Bonus amount (or Bonus plus Deposit) must be wagered before the resulting balance qualifies for withdrawal.
• "Withdrawal" — the transfer of eligible funds from a Player's Account to their designated payment account or wallet.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" — any country or region where the use of online gambling services is unlawful or restricted.

To register and maintain an Account on the elitjp platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuous basis throughout the duration of your Account's existence:

1. You are at least 21 years of age.
2. You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not unlawful or restricted.
3. You are not a current or former employee, director, contractor, or affiliate of elitjp, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
4. You are acting on your own behalf as an individual and not as an agent, proxy, or nominee of any third party.
5. You have not previously had an Account suspended or permanently closed by elitjp due to a breach of these Terms.
6. You are of sound mind and are not registering under any form of undue influence, addiction-driven compulsion, or self-exclusion period previously requested by you.
7. The payment methods used to fund your Account are in your own name and legitimately owned by you.

When registering an Account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information. This includes, but is not limited to, your full legal name (as it appears on your Malaysian IC or passport), date of birth, email address, and contact number. elitjp reserves the right to request documentary evidence to verify any information provided at registration or at any subsequent time.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. Any activity conducted under your Account credentials is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify elitjp support immediately via live chat or by email at [email protected].

KYC Verification

Prior to processing your first withdrawal, elitjp will require you to complete KYC verification. This process involves submitting a clear copy of a government-issued photo identification document (Malaysian MyKad or passport) and proof of your nominated payment method (e.g., screenshot of your Touch 'n Go eWallet or bank statement). Documents are reviewed by our compliance team and processed within 10–60 minutes during operational hours. Failure to complete KYC will result in withdrawal requests being held pending verification.

Your use of the elitjp platform is subject to the following conditions of use, which you accept by accessing or using any part of the platform:

• You will use the platform solely for lawful, personal entertainment purposes.
• You will not attempt to circumvent any security measure, authentication system, or geolocation restriction implemented by elitjp.

• You will not attempt to access the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling services are prohibited.

Deposits

elitjp accepts deposits denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM) via the following verified Malaysian payment channels: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, Hong Leong Bank, and cryptocurrency equivalents in BTC and USDT. The minimum deposit amount is RM50 unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion. Deposit requests are processed instantly in most cases.

All deposits must originate from payment methods registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — including accounts belonging to family members — are not permitted and will be refunded or flagged for compliance review.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification, satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements, and compliance with elitjp's withdrawal limits. Standard processing times are as follows:

• e-Wallets (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay): Under 5 minutes after approval.
• DuitNow / FPX (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, Hong Leong): 5–15 minutes after approval.
• Direct Bank Transfer: 15–60 minutes after approval, subject to receiving bank processing times.
• Cryptocurrency (BTC / USDT): Subject to blockchain confirmation times, typically 30–90 minutes.

elitjp reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal request that triggers internal compliance thresholds. Processing times may be extended on Malaysian public holidays or during peak demand periods.

elitjp offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible registered players. All bonuses are subject to the general conditions set out in this section, as well as any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion.

• Bonuses are available only to players who have completed registration and, where applicable, identity verification.
• Each promotion specifies a wagering requirement that must be met before any bonus-derived balance may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are applied to the bonus amount unless otherwise stated.
• Players may only claim each promotional offer once unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• elitjp reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at its sole discretion. Players will be notified of material changes where reasonably practicable.
• Bonuses have an expiry period. Bonuses not used or wagered within the specified period will be forfeited without notice.
• elitjp reserves the right to withhold or reverse a bonus if it suspects the bonus was claimed through fraudulent activity, multi-accounting, or coordinated abuse.

All bets and wagers placed on the elitjp platform are final once confirmed by the system. The following rules apply to all betting and gaming activity:

• Odds and game outcomes are determined at the time a bet is placed and confirmed. elitjp is not responsible for outcomes resulting from a Player's choice of bet type, stake, or market.
• In the event of a technical fault or system error affecting the display of odds or game results, elitjp reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to Players' accounts.
• For live/in-play sports betting markets, bets placed after the relevant event or market has closed will be voided.
• elitjp reserves the right to limit the maximum stake amount, maximum payout, or number of concurrent bets per Player, Account, or event at its sole discretion.
• All slot and table game outcomes are generated by certified random number generators (RNGs). elitjp does not manipulate game outcomes.
• Sports betting results are determined by the outcome of the relevant sporting event as declared by the official governing body. elitjp's settlement of bets is final.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the elitjp platform. Engagement in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Using the platform to launder money or process funds obtained through unlawful activity.
• Registering multiple accounts or assisting another person in circumventing the one-account-per-player rule.
• Using bots, automated tools, or scripts to interact with the platform, games, or promotional systems.
• Attempting to access, reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code or proprietary data from the platform.
• Sharing, selling, or transferring Account credentials to any third party.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes, payment systems, or bonus mechanisms through exploits, software vulnerabilities, or coordinated collusion.
• Providing false identity information or impersonating another individual during registration or KYC verification.
• Accessing the platform via VPN, proxy, or similar technology to circumvent geographic restrictions.

All content on the elitjp platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, user interface design, software, game content, data compilations, and marketing materials — is the proprietary intellectual property of elitjp or its licensed content partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content on the platform without the prior written consent of elitjp.

The elitjp brand name, logo, and associated trademarks are the exclusive property of elitjp. Unauthorised use of elitjp trademarks in any form is strictly prohibited.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, elitjp's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with this Agreement and the use of the platform shall not exceed the value of funds held in that Player's Account at the time the relevant claim arises.

elitjp shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damages.
• Loss of revenue, profits, anticipated savings, data, or goodwill arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.
• Losses arising from events outside elitjp's reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, internet service disruptions, or third-party payment processor failures.
• Losses resulting from a Player's failure to comply with these Terms, including the use of inaccurate Account information or compromised credentials.
• Technical errors, display issues, or data corruption on a Player's device or network that affect gameplay or bet placement.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit elitjp's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

elitjp reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, identity fraud, or multi-accounting.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe following a withdrawal request.
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Engagement in any Prohibited Activity as defined in Section 9.
• Account closure requested by the Player, including self-exclusion.
• elitjp's determination that continued service to a Player poses a regulatory, legal, or reputational risk to the platform.

Upon termination, all pending bets that were placed in good faith prior to the termination event will be settled in accordance with standard betting rules. Any remaining eligible balance (excluding bonuses forfeited due to the breach) will be returned to the Player's designated withdrawal account following satisfactory completion of compliance checks.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations under which elitjp operates. Any dispute arising in connection with this Agreement that cannot be resolved amicably through elitjp's internal complaints process shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the procedures set out by the applicable regulatory authority.

Players accessing the platform from Malaysia do so subject to Malaysian laws and regulations applicable to their individual circumstances. It is each Player's responsibility to ensure that their access and use of online gambling services complies with the laws of their jurisdiction.

elitjp reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address associated with their Account or through a prominent notice on the platform prior to the change taking effect. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.

Your continued use of the elitjp platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amended Terms. If you do not agree with an amendment, you must cease using the platform and, if you wish, close your Account by contacting customer support.
